Job Description
Ring & DuChateau LLP is seeking a Senior HVAC Project Engineer to join our growing team. We are a collaborative engineering consulting firm focused on delivering thoughtful building systems solutions while supporting employee growth, leadership development, and long-term career success. Our teams work across a variety of healthcare, commercial, educational, institutional, municipal, and industrial projects. We value practical problem solving, strong communication, technical excellence, and a collaborative approach to project delivery. What You'll Do Lead HVAC system design for a variety of building projects Manage projects from planning and design through construction support Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal project teams Prepare and oversee construction documents, specifications, and technical calculations Support project scheduling, coordination, budgeting, and quality control Mentor and coordinate Engineers, Designers, and BIM staff Participate in field observations, construction administration, and client meetings Assist with technical studies, code research, and system evaluations What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 10+ years of HVAC engineering experience preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license required Experience leading healthcare, institutional, commercial, or industrial projects preferred Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment Why Join Ring & DuChateau Employee-focused and collaborative culture Diverse and technically challenging project work Opportunities for leadership and career growth Professional development and continuing education support Long-term career opportunities within a growing firm
