You'll work alongside talented architects, engineers, and designers to deliver impactful building projects across healthcare, education, commercial, and community-focused facilities. What You'll Do Lead and support mechanical design projects from concept through construction. Design HVAC, ventilation, and building mechanical systems using Revit/BIM tools. Perform load calculations, equipment selection, system assessments, and engineering analysis. Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. Mentor designers and drafters while helping drive project success. Incorporate sustainability, code compliance, and industry best practices into every design. Participate in field observations and provide technical guidance throughout project execution. What We're Looking For 4+ years of mechanical building systems design experience. Background working on healthcare, education, commercial, or institutional projects. Experience with Revit, BIM, and related design software. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. PE, DES, or LEED credentials are a plus. Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
