Job Description

Apply Field Engineer Intern Madison, WI Apply Description If your career objective is field construction management, ultimately serving as Project Superintendent, we offer internship opportunities to work full-time in the field. You will participate and learn activities related to managing job sites for large-scale commercial, multi-family, industrial, or institutional projects. Responsibilities Assist with coordinating the efforts of multiple trades. Participate in project inspections and complete daily reports. Monitor progress of work and notify Superintendent of any delays. Assist with communication and coordination with municipal officials. Assist with project punch-list and oversee completion of all project disciplines. Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work productively with others.
  • Other success factors include attention to detail, problem solving, reliability, thoroughness, positive attitude, professionalism, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to use a computer, the Internet, and word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email software.
