Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create detailed hydraulic and pneumatic circuit drawings and piping diagrams for heavy industrial systems. Develop valve panel assembly drawings and oversee component selection for custom machinery. Execute system sizing calculations for hydraulic power units, valves, and piping networks. Perform complex engineering calculations to determine fluid flow, pressure drops, and system dynamics. Compile installation task lists and technical specifications for manufacturing and field assembly. Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and system start-ups as required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience). 2+ years of experience in fluid power systems design, hydraulic circuit design, and heavy industrial equipment. Proven proficiency using AutoCAD for circuit schematics. Demonstrated expertise in system sizing, flow and pressure engineering calculations, and DFM principles within heavy process industries. Strong self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and a track record of adapting to new technologies. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:
