Responsibilities Your Role:

Collaborate with

Product Management:

Explore and identify new technologies that can be investigated, developed, or modified to enhance our product offerings.

Idea Development:

Partner with our lab to create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and conduct rigorous viability testing.

Market Analysis:

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market dynamics and identify radical innovations that set us apart from the competition.

Qualifications What We're Looking For:
Skills and Abilities:
Proactive Contributor:

You're hands-on with strong written and oral communication skills.

Idea Evaluation:

You have the ability to critically assess and implement new ideas.

Tech-Savvy:

Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Education:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

Physical Requirements:
