Job Description

Create and revise mechanical drawings, support drafting activities, and prepare final engineering documentation using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Job Requirements Experience or education in mechanical design, engineering, drafting, or a related technical field. Experience with SolidWorks. Experience with AutoCAD. Knowledge of mechanical drafting and design practices. Ability to create and revise engineering drawings. Ability to prepare final drawing documentation. Preferred Skills Associate or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Drafting, or a related field. Recent graduates from engineering or design programs may be considered. Experience preparing drawing packages for manufacturing or production. Experience with mechanical assemblies and component drawings. Familiarity with engineering drawing standards and revision control. Job Responsibilities Create and revise mechanical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Perform drafting and mechanical design support activities. Update drawings based on engineering changes and design revisions. Prepare final engineering drawings and documentation packages. Review drawings for completeness and required technical information. Maintain drawing revisions and associated documentation. Support mechanical designers and engineers with drawing updates and documentation. Convert design information into production-ready drawings and final documentation.
