Duties:

Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (Autodesk) software. Creating jobs and part layouts for waterjet and laser cutting. Work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers and individuals. Help design products with engineering and manufacturing techniques. Add details to shop drawings for fabricators to fallow. Create a bill of material per job specification. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for production. Quoting individual parts to complicated assemblies out of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Required Skills:

Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor preferred) Strong understanding of materials, labor, and fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret complex drawings Detail-oriented Must have experience with AutoCAD Full Time Evaluation Hire Position M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm $20.00 / hour How to
