Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Designer/Engineer to work in our engineering group to develop equipment layouts and shop fabrication details. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of mechanical design experience for a fabrication shop, have high mechanical aptitude (some hands-on work with machinery, hydraulics, etc), both 3D and 2D experience, and be a great team player. Other preferred skills include design of structural steel, hydraulics and experience with ERP systems. Most equipment to be designed is mechanical and structural with some hydraulics and electrical. Engineering department is integral with large fabrication facility. Salary based on experience. ## Job Responsibilities
- Equipment layout drawing and detail shop drawings
- Working with sales, engineering and fabrication to ensure the best designs to meet all needs
