(MMD) is an expanding regional Mechanical Consulting Firm that works with Architects and Owners in the design of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing for commercial and institutional buildings. The firm is seeking a Revit Technician position that would work from one of our existing offices located in Fargo, Grand Forks, or Park Rapids. This position is responsible for developing construction documents from redlines, rough sketches, and/or verbal direction from designers. A background in computer aided drafting is required. Enhancement of Revit/AutoCAD skills will be provided.

Martin Mechanical Design, Inc. has a strong belief in fairly compensating employees. Wages will be commensurate with the amount of experience and responsibility taken on by the prospective candidate. MMD provides a 401(K) plan with a company match. Personal time off is on a progressive scale. Potential for employee bonuses based on profit and performance.
Areas of Responsibility:
Essential Job Functions:
Model HVAC systems for commercial buildings. Model Plumbing systems for commercial buildings. Model existing building conditions. Maintain an AutoCAD workstation. Other duties as required.
Secondary Job Functions:
Attend project meetings with Architects, Building Owners, and Engineers. Attend construction meetings with Architects, Building Owners, and Engineers. Verify existing building conditions. Assist mechanical engineer in the design of mechanical systems.
Qualifications/Skills:
Education:
Minimum 2 year technical degree in Autodesk Revit drafting or related field or a minimum of 3 years work experience as a Revit technician.
Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient skills with current Autodesk Revit software. AutoCAD experience a plus. Knowledge with Microsoft Word. Knowledge with Microsoft Excel. Knowledge with Microsoft Windows 11.
