In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our engineers by creating and updating technical drawings, managing documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of CAD files. If you have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a passion for precision in engineering design, we'd love to hear from you! Update and maintain CAD files with red-line edits to ensure accuracy. Create high-quality drafting work, including system line diagrams, rigging structural drawings, 3D renderings, and custom designs. Develop plan views, rack layouts, and custom panels based on engineering requirements. Assemble, copy, and distribute drawing submittals to relevant stakeholders. Interpret architectural and system line drawings to support engineering needs. Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure designs align with technical specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling (Revit experience is a plus). Strong understanding of advanced computer-aided drafting techniques. Ability to interpret architectural and system line drawings. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Physical Requirements The physical requirements of this role play a pivotal role in ensuring job performance and success. In a typical office setting, the employee will communicate and engage with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental conditions. Although the role mainly takes place indoors, there might be occasional exposure to outdoor elements such as heat, cold and environmental elements.
