Strong spatial awareness, print reading, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to work independently with minimal direction while communicating effectively with the team, and to shift priorities as production needs evolve. Comfortable making sound drafting and routing decisions with incomplete information, and working in active, noisy, and physically demanding field environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with point cloud data, 3D scanner technology, AutoCAD, Rhino, CloudWorx, or similar supporting software. Previous shipbuilding, ship repair, marine, or naval piping experience.
