Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed fabrication and shop drawings to support industrial manufacturing projectsServe as the primary technical resource for perforated pattern layoutsAssist in the design and layout of new perforation patterns, including tool layout, material selection, and manufacturing processesMaintain engineering print files, tooling data, and drawing history for traceability and referenceSupport Customer Service by interpreting blueprints and confirming customer specifications and tolerancesDevelop sample perforation patterns and pre-production drawingsCreate PDF, DXF, and CAD files to support programming and production equipmentAssist with R D efforts by evaluating feasibility of new products and supporting pre-production meetingsCollaborate cross-functionally to track new customer orders through production and ensure customer satisfactionProvide fabrication drawing support to the Architectural team as needed QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Design, Drafting, or a related field, or equivalent transferable experience5+ years of design experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD software3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong ability to read and interpret part fabrication drawingsWorking knowledge of sheet metal applications, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing equipmentUnderstanding of tooling, tool manufacturing, and tool service practicesStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CAD/CAM softwareExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
