Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting young learners as an Occupational Therapist in early childhood settings. Youll work onsite in Lackawanna County, providing expertise and care to help students develop critical skills for success.
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to early childhood students based on IEPs and individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to create supportive learning environments Assess, document, and report on student progress Provide guidance to staff for implementing recommendations in classroom settings Adapt strategies to support developmental and sensory needs Maintain compliance with school policies and documentation standards
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Must hold a current Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania Schools-based OT experience preferred, particularly with early childhood or younger students Ability to obtain and maintain PA state clearances Skilled at collaborating in educational settings and communicating with multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments Comfortable interviewing via
