Assists in development, writing and maintaining wiring drawings, bill of materials, and electronically manage product design. Under the basis of good engineering practices and company guidelines, shall assist in casting designs, machining tolerance and finishes. Assists in writing computer design detail to produce drawings, record layouts, and input/output formats using language easily interpreted by computer. Assists in maintaining an accurate and detailed file of all revisions, changes, and modifications to program data and drawings. Adapts to new and changing requirements. Corrects errors and/or omissions under supervision. Able to prepare written instructions and documentation. Able to read and interpret mechanical construction plans, specifications, compliance requirements, special provisions, memorandums, addendums, and test reports. Maintain files and records of data by separating sorting, classifying indexing and storing. Thorough knowledge of electrical safety regulations, building codes, and health standards. Strong communication skills and collaborative abilities. Proficiency with CAD software, such as Inventor 2018, AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
