We seek highly motivated, adaptable BIM Technicians with good communication and critical observation skills to join our fast-paced working environment and personable team. CAD. BIM

Technician will generally work from engineer's markups and sketches with minimum supervision to create construction documents according to established company standards and procedures. The ideal candidate has experience with structural engineering or architectural drafting and is looking to make a long-term career move. Experience and knowledge of both Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Key responsibilities include:

Use Revit to create complex 3D building models and construction documents. Use AutoCAD to create construction documents.. Work from the Engineer's markups and sketches with minimum supervision. Qualifications Structural or architectural drafting experience. Familiarity with structural engineering drawings/details. Familiarity with BlueBeam Revu and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). After 90 days of employment, the employee is eligible to use a PARADIGM-owned condominium at the Resort at Squaw Creek located in Olympic Valley, California.
