Role:
A growing engineering-driven manufacturer is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer I to support the design, development, and testing of advanced electro-mechanical systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across both mechanical and electrical disciplines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electro-mechanical systems from concept through productionCreate CAD models, drawings, and documentation (SolidWorks)Integrate components such as motors, gears, actuators, sensors, and controllersBuild, test, and troubleshoot systems at both component and system levelsDevelop assembly and test procedures and generate reportsCollaborate with manufacturing and sourcing teams on BOMs and vendor selectionManage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyCommunicate technical details with internal teams, vendors, and customersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related)1-6 years of relevant experienceStrong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and componentsProficiency in SolidWorks (GD&T knowledge preferred)Experience with testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) is a plusHands-on experience with mechanical/electrical assembly is a plusStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsNice-to-Have SkillsProgramming experience (Python, LabVIEW, or similar)Servo drive or motion control experienceExposure to robotics or automated machineryPCB design/development experienceERP system familiarityBenefitsPay with OT opportunity100% Employer Paid Health Ins PremiumVisionLifePTO/VacationBonus OpportuntiesCareer Growth TrackAnd More
