Job Description

Position:
Mechatronics Engineer 1
Location:
Hopkinton, MA (Travel between Boston and Hopkinton sites required)
Duration:
4+
Months Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and test integrated mechatronic systems and components. Develop control systems and automation algorithms for equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and maintain electromechanical systems. Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to implement technical solutions. Prepare engineering documentation, design records, and test reports. Travel between the Boston and Hopkinton facilities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related Engineering discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer. Strong experience with integrated electromechanical systems. Hands-on experience with CAD software for mechanical design. Experience with PLC programming and control system design. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
