CAE Engineer (CAEFP) (work location: Troy, MI) to perform computer aided engineering (CAE), computational fluid dynamics (CFD) & thermal simulation activities for product/system creation, and/or verification for all innovation & development projects. Systems Engineer - Mechatronics (SEMFP) (work location: Troy, MI) responsible for the detailed design of new customer and/or internal product developments as well as establishing the Mechatronic system requirements & mechatronic architectural design together with all stakeholders, which includes Quality, Purchasing, Software Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, eMotor Engineering, Project Management, Program Management, OEM Engineering, & the internal cross functional engineering team. Req. Master Degree or equiv. & 2 yr. exp. Senior Engineer - eMotor (SEFP) (work location: Troy, MI) responsible for the development of electric machines for electric vehicles & hybrid vehicles, including the detailed engineering design & application of electric motors for propulsion. Req. Master Degree or equiv. & 2 yr. exp. Sr. Manager Electrification Launch North America (SMELFP) (work location: Troy, MI) to ensure the flawless launch of new electrification programs within U.S. divisions. Create comprehensive project plans that define the scope, timelines, costs, resources, & risks associated with the electrification program launch. Req. Bachelor Degree or equiv. & 5 yrs. exp.
