No previous noodle-making experience is required — we will provide training. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, reliable, hardworking, and physically capable of handling the repetitive movements involved in making and pulling noodles.

Responsibilities:

Learn to prepare and hand-pull fresh noodles Mix, knead, portion, and work with noodle dough Prepare noodles quickly and consistently during service Set up and maintain the noodle station Keep the work area clean and organized Assist with other basic kitchen tasks when needed

What We're Looking For:
