Job Overview We are looking for a hands on installer who is motivated, high energy, and eager to be involved in product development for UTV related products, including audio solutions and vehicle specific accessories. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and wants to be part of building products from the ground up. You will work directly with engineers, production, and operations to research vehicles, collect data, test prototypes, and support the development of production ready products. This is a foot in the door role with clear opportunity for growth into product development and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Research UTV platforms and related vehicle systems Perform hands on vehicle tear downs and inspections Learn and operate 3D scanning equipment to capture vehicle data Collect measurements and reference data for engineering teams Assist engineers during product design and validation Test fit prototypes and off tool parts on vehicles Evaluate production parts for fit, function, and installation flow Create and help refine product installation instructions Provide internal training to production, marketing, and sales teams Support product launches with hands on development knowledge Required Skills and Experience Strong mechanical aptitude and hands on experience

•Basic electrical experience (automotive or 12-volt systems) is a must.

•Comfortable using hand tools and shop equipment Ability to document findings clearly and follow processes Basic computer skills for communication and documentation Strong verbal communication skills Personality and Work Ethic High energy individual who stays engaged and productive Self motivated and takes initiative without needing constant direction Not afraid to jump in and help where needed Curious and driven to learn new skills Takes pride in contributing to product development and improvement Works well with engineers, production teams, and cross functional groups Nice to Have Experience as a vehicle installer, mechanic, or powersports technician 3D printing experience is a plus. Familiarity with UTV platforms and accessories Experience with car audio or UTV audio products Interest in long term growth within product development or manufacturing Growth Opportunity This role is designed as a starting point with clear advancement into product development and manufacturing.
