Process Controls Technician/Engineer - Mining Commissioning (Rotational) Kingman, AZ | Contract | 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off/$60-$65/hour /All travel, transportation, and housing covered/ $65/day per diem We are staffing a process controls commissioning team for an active open-pit mining operation. This is a hands-on field role supporting the re-commissioning and startup ramp-up of a concentrator facility.

The Schedule:

3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation. 10-hour days, approximately 60+ hours per week. Travel covered — fly into Las Vegas, transportation to site provided. Housing covered (Kingman, AZ). $65/day flat per diem, no receipts required.

Duration:

3-6 months with strong likelihood of extension.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pre-operational testing and instrumentation checkout Controls narrative review and updates Troubleshooting control logic issues Completing checksheets, work packages, and punchlist items Redlining drawings Supporting commissioning and production ramp-up Process control tuning Developing and validating logic sequences

What You Need:

Hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation platforms — Allen Bradley PLCs, PanelView HMI, RSLogix 5000/Studio 5000 DCS experience a plus Mining or heavy industrial commissioning background strongly preferred; Oil & Gas crossover considered MSHA certification required — must have current cert or be willing to obtain prior to mobilization (training provided/covered if needed) Must be able to drive (shared vehicles used at site) Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
