Position Description:

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for a Principal/Specialist R&R Reporting to join our team. The successful candidate will manage technical authority for Mineral Resource and Reserve reporting compliance and disclosure defensibility. Responsibilities:
Define global standards for Reporting templates and disclosure language Lead the compilation and consolidation of Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve estimates across the asset portfolio. Validate and integrate site-level submissions into the corporate Resource & Reserve reporting database. Ensure reported figures are complete, internally consistent, and aligned with corporate reporting standards. Maintain the corporate Resource & Reserve reporting dataset, including historical records and version control. Ensure consistent formatting, units, and reporting conventions across all assets. Maintain the audit trail supporting all reported Resources and Reserves. Prepare and validate Resource & Reserve disclosure tables and supporting data used in corporate filings and technical reports. Ensure reported estimates comply with regulatory frameworks such as
S-K 1300, NI
43-101, and JORC Code where applicable. Support preparation of technical documentation supporting disclosure statements. Track and analyze year-over-year changes in Resources and Reserves, including: depletion new discoveries model updates economic assumption changes mine planning updates Prepare summaries explaining drivers of material changes across the portfolio. Maintain and improve systems and workflows used for Resource & Reserve reporting and compilation. Develop standardized templates and submission formats for operations. Support efficient data collection and reporting processes during the annual R&R reporting cycle. Coordinate with site geology teams, mine planning engineers, and corporate technical teams to gather and validate reporting inputs. Resolve inconsistencies in submitted Resource and Reserve data. Ensure operational teams understand reporting requirements and documentation expectations. Provide reporting data and documentation supporting technical governance reviews. Support the Qualified Person responsible for Resource & Reserve disclosure by ensuring all reported figures are properly compiled and documented. Ensure disclosure materials are complete, accurate, and defensible prior to sign-off. Provide a monthly report tracking progress, critical milestones, risks and opportunities, other as required. Escalation of disclosure risk to Director, Geology Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related field required Over eight (8) years' experience in mining engineering, mine geology or exploration providing expert competence required Minimum three (3) years' in a senior role managing geologists and mining or exploration programs required Familiarity with International Reporting Codes and meets the requirements for Qualified Person under SEC and CIM regulations required Proven ability to communicate optimally; both verbally and in writing required Team leader with the ability to work collaboratively within a coordinated and agile multidisciplinary team, regardless of reporting structure required Ability to work with minimum supervision required Excellent safety record with ability to demonstrate safety leadership required What We Can Offer You A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!
