$130,000 - $160,000 USD Annually Position Summary As a Licensed Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead and support the geotechnical and geological aspects of a wide range of projects. Responsibilities include project management, field investigations, engineering analyses, design recommendations, preparation and review of technical reports, construction observation, proposal development, and client communication. You will review plans and drawings for compliance with project requirements, prepare cost estimates and proposals, monitor project schedules and budgets, resolve design and construction challenges, and provide technical guidance to clients and multidisciplinary project teams. Primary Responsibilities Conduct geotechnical (including forensic) and geological investigations. Perform field inspections and testing for construction projects. Analyze field and laboratory data and prepare geotechnical engineering reports addressing soil conditions, slope stability, foundation design, and related topics. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to develop practical engineering solutions. Provide technical guidance on geotechnical and geological issues throughout all phases of a project. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
