The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing foundation design, conducting engineering geology assessments, and ensuring environmental engineering practices are adhered to. This role is crucial for our projects that require expert geotechnical analysis and innovative solutions to complex ground engineering issues. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion. Conduct foundation design and earthwork assessments for various types of projects. Oversee site investigations and geotechnical data collection. Perform engineering geology evaluations to inform project planning and design. Develop and implement environmental engineering solutions to mitigate project impacts. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure geotechnical considerations are integrated into overall project designs. Prepare technical reports and documentation related to geotechnical findings and recommendations. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for ground improvement techniques. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. Proven expertise in foundation design, engineering geology, and environmental engineering. Strong knowledge of soil mechanics and geotechnical analysis techniques. Familiarity with slope stability analysis and groundwater analysis methods. Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project for project management and design. Excellent technical reporting skills and ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly. Project management experience is a plus.
