Job Description
- This Opportunity
- WSP is seeking a
- Senior Civil/Geotechnical Engineer
- with experience in the mining industry to join our Mine Waste team in Lakewood, CO. The following locations will also be considered: St. Louis, MO and Madison, WI. You will have the opportunity to work as a part of a regional team on challenging mining, heavy civil, and geotechnical projects. \#GlobalMining
- Your Impact
- + Leading the civil design of mine waste containment (tailings and waste rock) and heap leach facilities including initial layout and design, site selection and facility layout, geotechnical and hydrologic analyses, and preparation of design drawings and technical specifications for construction.
- Who You Are
- Required Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Master's Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $86,100 - $128,500 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
