Geotechnical Engineer (PE) | Oklahoma About the Opportunity A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer (PE) to join its Oklahoma team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects while providing technical expertise in geotechnical investigations, analysis, design, project management, and client relations. Key Responsibilities Conduct geotechnical field investigations and evaluate subsurface soil and rock conditions. Perform engineering analyses related to shallow and deep foundations, retaining structures, slope stability, and site development. Develop drilling and testing programs and interpret laboratory and field data. Prepare geotechnical reports, recommendations, and technical documentation. Provide construction-phase support and special inspections as required. Manage project schedules, budgets, invoicing, and overall project financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and local agencies. Support business development initiatives and participate in industry events and professional organizations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Oklahoma PE or ability to obtain preferred. 5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience. Experience with geotechnical investigations, foundation design, site preparation evaluations, drilling programs, and engineering analyses. Knowledge of slope stability assessments, earthwork, and construction observations. Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
