Play a central role in building, shaping, and expanding our growing Nashville office footprint and team culture. Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams from initial scope and budgeting through field investigation, analysis, and final reporting. Actively mentor, coach, and develop early- to mid-career engineers and geoscientists, reviewing technical deliverables to ensure high-quality output. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, effectively managing project schedules, technical risk, and client expectations. Travel periodically to support domestic and international project sites, field deployments, and client engagements. Qualifications 10 to 20+ years of progressive consulting experience in geotechnical engineering, geological engineering, or geosciences. Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) licensure (or immediate eligibility for TN reciprocity). Demonstrated experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects on time and within budget. strong desire to help build and grow a dynamic regional office rather than joining an established, large-office structure. Proven track record of mentoring, guiding, and developing junior technical staff. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and technical reporting.
