As an intern or co-op student, you'll have opportunities to contribute to meaningful work from day one—gaining hands-on technical experience while building skills that will serve you throughout your career. You'll work within one of our organizations for the duration of your internship, contributing to projects that drive real results and add value to the business. Your assignments could include mechanical integrity, process engineering, process control, product development, project management, quality control, modeling and optimization, reservoir engineering, supply chain, and more—depending on your placement and business needs. You'll also gain exposure to the day-to-day work of full-time engineers and scientists, giving you a true sense of what a career at ExxonMobil looks like. Beyond your project work, you'll have the chance to tour facilities, learn from senior leaders, and connect with experienced professionals across the organization. We also host social events that give you the chance to build relationships with your cohort, recent graduates, and leaders across ExxonMobil. Program Details:

Compensation Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience. Illinois Equal Pay Act Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $135,000 base salary ($/year).
