$30.00 - $51.00 per hour (DOE) Now Hiring - Multiple CWI Positions We are hiring Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) in the Tucson area for ongoing commercial, industrial, and public works projects. If you have your CWI and any level of field or shop experience, we want to hear from you. This is a high-demand, fast-hiring opportunity with steady work and long-term potential. What You'll Do Perform field and/or shop inspections of structural steel welding and bolting Verify work meets project specs, AWS standards, and building codes Review weld procedures and basic documentation Complete daily reports and inspection logs Communicate with project teams and site personnel Support or coordinate NDT activities as needed Travel to local and regional job sites Minimum Requirements Current AWS CWI Certification (Required) 1+ year of experience in welding, construction, inspection, or related field Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow specifications Willingness to work in the field and travel locally Valid driver's license Big Plus (Not Required) NDT certifications (MT, PT, RT, VT) ICC certifications (Structural Steel/Welding) Experience with structural steel or commercial projects Familiarity with AWS D1.1 or AISC standards Why Apply?
