We are currently looking to add to our team of skilled Propeller Technicians who will be responsible for the inspection and repair of various marine propellers up to 14', both commercial and retail, in accordance with customer defined scope of work. And then comes the blacksmithing... Our Propeller Technicians repair our clients' propellers by: Welding, Straightening, Grinding, Polishing, and the Measuring of propellers. Minimum Qualifications:

Shilled candidates with an ability or background in working with their hands-on exotic metals, reshaping, and or welding/grinding experience, Applicants should also possess basic computer skills, good math, and good communication skills (written and oral), The applicant should also possess the desire and potential to learn how to diagnose and solve propeller performance issues. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are also required for occasional travel to off-site jobs. It should be noted that we strive to ensure the success of our employees.
