We are seeking an experienced NDT Level III Inspector to provide technical leadership for non-destructive testing activities within a precision manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee NDT activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and specifications. Develop, approve, and maintain NDT procedures, work instructions, and inspection techniques. Perform and review FPI, MPI, and Nital Etch inspections, investigating non-conformances and approving product acceptance. Support audits, mentor NDT personnel, and drive continuous improvement across inspection processes. Requirements Current NDT Level III certification with a minimum of 7 years' aerospace or precision manufacturing NDT experience. Proven expertise in FPI, MPI, and Nital Etch inspection; X-ray and ultrasonic experience is advantageous. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and develop NDT procedures.
