We're looking for a Special Inspections Lead to help support and grow a high-performing inspections group. This role is ideal for a Senior Inspector, Lead Inspector, Welding Inspector, or Special Inspections Supervisor looking to take on greater responsibility while remaining technically involved in projects. What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate special inspection activities across multiple projects Serve as a technical resource for structural steel and welding inspections Mentor and support junior inspectors and technicians Review inspection reports and ensure quality and compliance standards are met Coordinate field assignments and project schedules Build and maintain relationships with contractors, owners, and design teams Support proposal development, budgeting, and project planning efforts Remain engaged in high-profile field projects when needed What We're Looking For Preferred Certifications AWS CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
