  • Level II technician at Barron Industries Inc, you can expect a dynamic day-to-day routine filled with engaging challenges.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct non-destructive testing on materials, identifying defects and ensuring product integrity. You'll collaborate closely with skilled team members, using advanced testing methods to perform inspections while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Anticipate a Monday through Friday schedule on either 1st shift (7:00am
  • 3:30pm) or 2nd shift (3:00pm
  • 11:30 pm). This allows for a healthy work-life balance with minimal weekend obligations. Regular training sessions and updates on industry innovations will keep your skills sharp, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within our energetic team. Proficiency in following and implementing standards such as NAS 410 and AS9100 is essential to ensure compliance and uphold our high-quality expectations. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is critical, allowing you to efficiently analyze data and document findings. Strong problem-solving skills will help you identify anomalies in materials, while effective communication will enable you to collaborate with colleagues and report results clearly. Your ability to adapt to new technologies and innovate within the testing process will be key in contributing to the success of our projects and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
