Overview The Chembio Suit Water Tester is responsible for conducting critical safety and integrity testing on protective suits. This role focuses on performing pressurized water-immersion tests, inflation testing, and liquid-penetration challenges to ensure every garment meets strict regulatory and life-saving standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows rigid safety protocols, and takes pride in delivering defect-free personal protective equipment (PPE).

Core Responsibilities Perform Leak Testing:

Conduct inflation, and water testing on completed chembio suits to detect structural defects, material porosity, or seam failures.

Inspect Material Integrity:

Visually inspect suits before and after testing for tears, abrasions, thinning, or faulty components.

Document and Log Data:

Accurately record test results, serial numbers, pass/fail rates, and specific defect locations in the quality management system databases.

Enforce Defect Isolation:

Identify and tag failing suits immediately, routing them to repair with detailed documentation of the failure point. Adhere to
