A Non-Destructive Testing Specialist uses ultrasonic, electromagnetic, thermal or liquid penetration tests to check structures or materials for cracks, defects or signs of corrosion. May work on large structures such as bridges, dams or pipelines, or check vehicles such as aircraft. Interprets and reports on test results that include images and measurements; maintains and calibrates equipment.

Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) G&W Products is a leading contract metal manufacturer and fabricator. Founded in 1968, we specialize in metal stamping, laser cutting, fabrication, manual and robotic welding, tool and die work, powder coating, and assembly. Our three Fairfield, Ohio facilities provide 190,000 square feet of manufacturing space and serve industries including construction, transportation, energy, and defense. We are now hiring a Certified Weld Inspector. This position works closely with weld supervisors, leads, and welders to conduct dimensional and weld inspections and verify workmanship, quality, and safety standards. What do I need to bring? Must be AWS, Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) 2+ years of weld inspection, required Must be proficient at reading weld symbols and blue-print drawingsManufacturing experience, preferred Experience with D1.1 and Ground Combat Vehicle Welding code for aluminum and steelCapable of using measuring equipment (i.e. fillet gages, calipers, height gages, etc.)Proficiency in GD&T preferredHigh School Diploma or EquivalentAbility to lift 45 lbs.
