NDT RT Assistant -
Immediate Call Out Positions Location:
Houston, TX / Corpus Christi, TX Turnaround Consulting Services Inspection is seeking experienced NDT Assistants for immediate call-out positions in Houston and Corpus Christi TX. This role involves supporting Level II NDT Technicians in conducting inspections on materials and components using various nondestructive testing (NDT) methods while ensuring compliance with established industry standards and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Candidates with prior NDT experience and radiation safety training are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications Radiation Safety 40-Hour certification preferred Current NDT Trainee status preferred Prior experience performing or assisting with NDT inspections preferred Familiarity with NDT methods including: RT (Radiographic Testing) UTT (Ultrasonic Thickness Testing) MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) PT (Liquid Penetrant Testing) Strong understanding of workplace safety practices Ability to work in industrial environments and respond to call-out assignments Responsibilities Assist Level II Technicians with NDT inspections and testing activities Support inspection processes using assigned NDT methods Maintain compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and safety requirements Perform quality checks and assist with data collection and documentation Prepare equipment and work areas for inspection activities Complete assigned tasks in a safe, professional, and timely manner What We Offer Immediate call-out opportunities Competitive benefits Respectful and professional work environment Opportunities for training and career advancement within the NDT industry Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.Pay:
