Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced NDT Level II Technician certified in Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) to join our growing team and support projects throughout West Texas and southeastern New Mexico . CR experience is a plus and additional training opportunities may be available for the right candidate. This position is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused technician who takes pride in producing quality work and can perform inspections accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced field environment. As an NDT Level II Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and performing inspections, interpreting and evaluating results, completing accurate documentation, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, procedures, customer requirements, and safety standards. Responsibilities Perform Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) in accordance with approved procedures, applicable codes, specifications, and customer requirements. Set up and operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently to identify internal discontinuities and evaluate material or weld integrity. Perform MT and PT examinations and accurately identify, interpret, and evaluate relevant indications. Perform Computed Radiography (CR) inspections when qualified and experienced. Interpret and evaluate inspection results within the individual's certification level and applicable acceptance criteria. Accurately document inspection activities, examination results, and required field information. Complete inspection reports and other documentation using Microsoft Office and applicable company systems. Inspect, maintain, and properly care for NDT equipment to ensure equipment remains safe, reliable, and ready for use. Follow all company, customer, regulatory, and radiation safety requirements. Communicate inspection findings clearly and professionally with supervisors, customers, and other project personnel. Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and professional workmanship. Requirements Current NDT Level II certification in RT, MT, and PT . Proven field experience performing Radiographic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Liquid Penetrant Testing . Computed Radiography (CR) experience is a plus, but not required. Strong understanding of NDT principles, techniques, procedures, and applicable industry standards. Ability to independently set up, perform, interpret, evaluate, and document inspections within Level II responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and evaluate indications and discontinuities. Ability to maintain accurate, organized inspection documentation. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a field environment.
