Senior Productization Engineer:
Responsible for translating technical requirements into executable plans for hardware productization Lead cross-disciplinary teams to ensure successful transition from development to manufacturing Develop and manage technical work breakdown structures, verification strategies, and readiness criteria Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve product manufacturability and reliability Play a key role in supporting customer proposals and technical scope definitions Requirements for the
Senior Productization Engineer:
Master's or PhD in Physics, Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered 7+ years of experience in complex hardware development, integration, verification, productization, or production transition Experience working across optical, mechanical, electrical, software/firmware, test, and manufacturing interfaces Strong background in optical, photonic, precision instrumentation, quantum, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex hardware systems Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts and requirements into executable engineering plans $160,000-$165,000 #
