Photonics Packaging & Integration Engineer Montana | Full-Time | Hybrid/On-Site ADROIT Employment Resources is recruiting a Photonics Packaging & Integration Engineer for an innovative technology company specializing in photonic integrated circuit (PIC) packaging and integration. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on taking photonic technologies from concept and prototype toward scalable production. What You'll Do Develop and improve PIC packaging and assembly processes Assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot photonic modules Develop optical interconnection and integration methods Design setups for prototyping, testing, and validation Improve designs for manufacturability and scalability Support customer-driven photonics projects What We're Looking For Master's degree in Photonics, Optical Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field 3+ years of photonic/electronic packaging, integration, assembly, or testing experience Hands-on optical/photonics lab or manufacturing experience Experience with Ansys Zemax or similar optical design software Six Sigma/process-improvement experience preferred Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience, education, and technical expertise.
