Mechanical Design Engineer Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical Design Engineer with a leading supplier and manufacturer of conveyors and aggregate equipment. We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to our growth and the delivery of high-quality equipment. Responsibilities Develop detailed mechanical designs and machine models using AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks. Create 3D models and solid modeling for various projects. Collaborate with a team of designers to ensure project specifications are met. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and tools. Essential Skills Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and SolidWorks. Strong experience in mechanical design and machine design. Ability to create 3D models and perform solid modeling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in designing conveyors is a plus, but not required. SolidWorks experience is essential. Work Environment Work alongside a team of three designers and a manager in a newly built facility. The environment promotes growth and development, with additional SolidWorks resources provided. Interviews will be conducted onsite, including a SolidWorks test to assess your ability to form parts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out ofMOSINEE, WI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
