We are seeking a skilled Transmission Builder with extensive experience in rebuilding transmissions independently. As a Transmission Builder, you will be responsible for rebuilding transmissions without support, ensuring high-quality work and precision on every job.

Responsibilities:

Rebuild automatic and manual transmissions to manufacturer specifications without assistance. Diagnose and repair faulty transmissions, including disassembly, inspection, and reassembly. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, meeting quality and safety standards. Follow company procedures and industry best practices. Stay updated with new technologies and transmission advancements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Transmission Builder with the ability to rebuild transmissions independently. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of transmission systems. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic and reliability. Must be able to work without supervision and take initiative.
