This team is developing the power architectures that will enable the future of AI computing, from high-voltage power distribution to advanced power semiconductor technologies used in next-generation data center platforms. What You'll Be Working On AI Data Center power delivery architectures High-efficiency AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion 48V and 800V power distribution systems Wide Bandgap technologies (GaN & SiC) High-power and high-voltage power electronics Advanced power management solutions Customer-facing technical leadership with leading technology companies What You'll Do Support customers designing next-generation AI power systems. Develop, test and validate advanced power conversion solutions. Troubleshoot thermal, EMI/EMC and reliability challenges. Participate in customer design reviews, prototype bring-up and qualification activities. Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and application support. Collaborate closely with R D, product engineering and commercial teams to drive customer success. Influence future product and technology roadmaps through customer engagement. What We're Looking For 5+ yrs of experience in power electronics or power conversion systems. Experience with AC-DC and/or DC-DC converter design. Knowledge of data center power architectures (48V and/or 800V preferred). Experience with Wide Bandgap power semiconductors (GaN and/or SiC). Matrix transformer design experience is highly desirable. Digital power control and firmware development experience. Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium. Strong laboratory and validation skills using electrical test equipment.
