  • We're looking for a
  • Specialist
  • who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that keep our operation running smoothly. From conveyors and controls to plant-floor technology, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance.
  • What You'll Do
•? Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and equipment issues ⚡ Respond quickly to alarms, system alerts, and operational interruptions ? Perform preventive maintenance to stop problems before they happen ? Calibrate and optimize plant-floor devices for maximum efficiency ? Partner with maintenance teams to identify solutions and reduce downtime ? Help drive continuous improvement across our automation systems
  • What Makes You a Great Fit
  • ✅ Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred ✅ Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, controls, or automation systems ✅ Understanding of networking fundamentals, motor controls, and AC/DC electrical systems ✅ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams ✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills ✅ A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Schedule Requirements
  • ? Monday through Friday 3:00 AM start time
  • 6:30 PM start time ? Candidates must currently reside within the local geographic area. Relocation assistance is not available.
