As an Engineer I, you will work alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience supporting engineering, design, and infrastructure projects that help power communities across the country. What You'll Do Assist with engineering and design projects under the guidance of senior engineers Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical, cost-effective solutions Support project planning, estimating, scheduling, and tracking activities Prepare technical reports, calculations, sketches, and project documentation Maintain accurate project records and engineering files Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success Apply engineering principles and industry standards to support utility infrastructure projects Continuously develop technical, professional, and leadership skills Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) Exam completed or in progress Internship, co-op, or related engineering experience Interest in utility, power, energy, or infrastructure projects Basic understanding of engineering design principles and project execution What Makes You Successful Eagerness to learn and develop professionally Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-oriented attitude Commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service Why Pike Engineering?
