Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish, Healthcare role is based in Tampa, FL. The individual in this position responds to inbound calls, provides accurate information about healthcare programs and services, and assists callers with eligibility, enrollment, and benefit inquiries in both English and Spanish. Daily responsibilities include verifying customer information, documenting interactions in the system, following scripted and regulatory guidelines, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The role involves maintaining professionalism, meeting performance and quality standards, and supporting a positive customer experience for diverse populations seeking assistance with healthcare-related needs. Qualifications Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and support, with experience as a Customer Service Representative or in similar customer-facing roles. Skills in customer satisfaction and customer experience, including listening, empathy, and problem-solving to address caller needs effectively. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with clear verbal communication and comprehension skills in both languages. Strong documentation and computer navigation skills, including proficiency with call center or CRM systems. Knowledge of or interest in healthcare programs, insurance, or public benefits is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL, follow structured procedures, and meet defined productivity and quality metrics. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare, social services, or customer service is a plus.
