Overview Become a part of ENERCON as an Instrumentation and Controls Design Engineer. We are seeking talented I&C Engineers to join our Nuclear Design Group. Our Instrumentation & Controls Engineer career path has many options. Tampa, FL Responsibilities As a key member of our engineering department, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of commercial nuclear power facilities. A typical day may include conducting electrical assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, updating plant drawings and documentation, reviewing vendor submittals, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance plant reliability and safety.

Take your expertise on-site, engaging directly with client personnel, performing detailed plant walkdowns, and ensuring all structures, systems, and components meet the highest engineering standards Qualifications Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical or similar Engineering Degree from an accredited university Minimum 3 years of experience with design of I&C plant components and controls systems including PLC's and DCS Must have experience in power generation, nuclear power or government (DOE) projects directly or with an engineering/design consulting firm Good writing, presentation and communication skills Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams Proficient in Word and Excel Due to Federal Contract Requirements, US Citizenship is required Compensation Range USD $90,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr.
