We're looking for an excavator operator who knows how to build, not just move dirt. Black Ark Builders is a growing heavy civil contractor working on underground utilities, water, wastewater, excavation, and concrete projects in the Boise/Meridian area. We want the best hands we can find. If you're highly skilled, take pride in your work, think ahead, and care about getting the job done right, we want to hear from you. What you'll do: Operate excavators safely and productively Perform utility, trench, mass excavation, and site work Work around underground utilities and active crews Dig to grade and maintain quality production Communicate with laborers, pipelayers, and field leadership Help the crew get ahead instead of waiting to be told what to do We value: Heavy civil and underground utility experience Water, sewer, or wastewater experience Deep excavation and shoring experience Precision and good finish work Strong communication and situational awareness Reliability, work ethic, and accountability Pride in workmanship We pay for capability.
