Support development and optimization of machine diagnostic strategies, including service tool updates, fault handling, and troubleshooting guidance. Review and interpret machine test data, event logs, and operator feedback to verify system performance and software/hardware functionality. Provide technical guidance for wiring harness design, routing, installation, and adherence to electrical system best practices across development programs.
