Maryland , Hagerstown Job Description We are actively seeking an experienced Systems Manager to support a growing portfolio of construction and engineering projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in electrical systems, BIM/VDC, and construction coordination who are passionate about driving project success through technical leadership and innovation. The right candidate will play a key role in supporting project teams from preconstruction through close-out by developing detailed models, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring constructability. Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams, engineering, and BIM departments from field survey through as-built documentation Support design and development of prefabricated assemblies with engineering teams Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards and model intelligence for projects Review project BIM requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications Support field teams with scheduling, layout, and as-built documentation Evaluate change orders, RFIs, and project changes for cost and schedule impacts Review model exports for constructability and ensure quality control standards are met Develop work phasing plans with consideration to safety, access, and code compliance Create electrical plans, cable schedules, and detailed coordination drawings Coordinate equipment termination details across multiple manufacturers Perform QA/QC on all deliverables prior to submission Qualifications Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, BIM/VDC, construction, or electrical contracting Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related tools Familiarity with Trimble Total Station, LiDAR, and field surveying practices Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and construction workflows Preferred Qualiications Experience with infrastructure or transportation-related systems Knowledge of advanced electrical systems such as traction power, communications, or control systems Familiarity with industry standards and device classifications Experience supporting prefabrication and model-based construction workflows Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $95K - $120K (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors) Performance bonuses Strong benefits package Stable project backlog Career advancement opportunities Apply / Contact For confidential consideration, contact Lee Stevicks directly at (605) 705-3635 or send resumes to lee.stevicks@gogpac.com All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
