In this role, you will perform power system studies, analyze equipment performance, and support maintenance strategies that enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency across our energy portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate renewable resources, improve grid resilience, and drive innovative solutions. Responsibilities Analyze electrical distribution and transmission systems to support safe, reliable energy delivery Perform load flow, short-circuit, and protection studies using industry-standard tools Support maintenance planning and reliability improvements for plant and grid assets Develop technical reports, drawings, and documentation for engineering projects Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to implement system upgrades Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and internal engineering guidelines Contribute to grid modernization, renewable integration, and sustainability initiatives Required Skills Power systems analysis Electrical engineering design SCADA systems Load flow and stability studies Protective relays and coordination ETAP/PSSE or similar tools Data analysis and reporting Grid reliability and compliance (NERC) Project documentation Technical troubleshooting
